Join me as I share the steps you need to take to help you take the LEAP from your 9-5! 

Based on my own experience of taking the LEAP from my 6 figure Corporate Career to creating a thriving Coaching business, my 15 years corporate leadership experience and my specialist knowledge in Executive Coaching, this session is for you if you are:

In this confidential workshop, we'll discuss all elements of the LEAP process, and I'll share useful tools, resources and reflection prompts at each stage:

1. MAKING THE DECISION

We'll explore the big questions that might be on your mind as you consider taking the LEAP: are you ready, what will you need to put in place, what needs to be true for you to be prepared?

2. DEFINING THE DREAM & SCOPING IF IT'S FEASIBLE

You might know that you want to LEAP, but what might you do and how do you know if it's feasible? In this session, we'll explore what might you do and how might you go about it. What could the next step look like? How will you know if it is feasible? Here we'll look at the basics of the numbers- can you make a living from this?

3. PREPARING FINANCIALLY

It's very unlikely you'll leave your 9-5 on day 1 and be financially stable in your new adventure by day 2, so we'll take a look at preparing yourself financially so that you can make the LEAP, safe in the knowledge you've also got financial security in place. 

4. BUILDING A GLIDE PATH

I'll introduce you to a powerful tool to help you build your own GLIDE PATH- the journey to taking your LEAP. We'll look at the steps you may want to take, the order to take them in and how to prepare your plan B (just in case!)

5. TAKING THE LEAP & GOING FOR IT!

I's time for the rubber to hit the road... let's do this. We'll define commitments, explore accountability and make sure we celebrate success!
