How is the training delivered?
This is a self-taught learning experience which you're able to complete at your own pace. All of the training videos are available straight away on your learning portal.
What is the start and end date of the course?
There are no live sessions with this course, so you can start and finish whenever you'd like. Once you've signed up, you have access immediately.
How do I get into the training course once I'm signed up?
Once you've signed up, you'll have an email sent to you with your unique log in. You'll be asked to set up a password and away you go.
Your course will be hosted in your library on the Pivotal Moments website, but I recommend saving a bookmark to your browser so that you can find everything super easily.
How long is my access for?
There's no end date on your access- once you're signed up, you're in!
Do you offer refunds?
Given this is an instant access course, no refunds are offered.
What if I have problems along the way?
Throughout the course, there are opportunities to send a message via the learning portal- feel free to do that. Alternatively, drop me an email at [email protected] and I'll come back to you ASAP.
Will other people be able to see my work? Is it confidential?
Everything you're doing is confidential- you'll be watching the training videos on the training portal and then downloading your workbook for each module to your local PC.
